Michelle Heid is the Director of Advanced Behavioral Pathways. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with an M.A. in Special Education. Michelle joined the field of behavior analysis in 2006 through assisting parents of children with developmental disabilities and lecturing throughout the disability community to both parent and professional audiences. In 2014 she founded Advanced Behavioral Pathways to provide high quality ABA services to clients of all ages, mostly in the northern Los Angeles County area of California. With a passion for and commitment to the ethics and science of Applied Behavior Analysis, Michelle has proudly provided supervision and mentorship to BCBAs and other professionals. Through her work, she has become an active member of several professional committees in behavior analysis including education and training, ethics, and public policy.
In her free time Michelle can be found spending time with her family, singing along to Bruce Springsteen’s albums, reading, hiking on Endor, or anticipating the release of any Star Wars related spin-offs.
