"Understanding the Facilitated IEP Process: Purpose, Practice, and Collaboration"

This professional development training provides a comprehensive overview of the Facilitated Individualized Education Program (FIEP) process, a collaborative approach designed to enhance communication and mutual understanding among IEP team members. Participants will learn the purpose of facilitation in IEP meetings, how it supports the development of student-centered IEPs, and the roles and responsibilities of all participants involved.

Through interactive activities and guided discussions, attendees will explore strategies for effective communication, conflict prevention, and consensus-building.
