About me
I enjoy the work I do for AVUHSD. I like to help teachers and students to have a good experience and a big factor that can affect the experience is the behavior of students. I like to try and work with students and teachers to determine the function of a student's behavior to guide ideas for ways to help the student get their needs met with appropriate behaviors. The teacher and staff that support the student within the classroom are a reliable source to gain data that can be used to increase appropriate behaviors.
